Recipe: The 24oz Dirty Citrus Creamsicle
Dirty sodas are taking over, but you don't need to wait in a drive-thru line to get your fix. By using your home soda maker and our signature, dye-free syrups, you can craft the perfect, café-quality treat right in your own kitchen.

This Dirty Citrus Creamsicle recipe uses our sugar-free Citrus Cooler Sodamix as the sparkling base. With bright notes of orange, lemon, and lime, it pairs beautifully with a splash of cream and a hint of vanilla or coconut to create a rich, nostalgic flavor.
Ingredients (For a 24 oz Cup)
- Ice: Pebble or crushed ice (essential for the classic dirty soda experience)
- 16 oz Prepared Base: Carbonate 1 Liter of water, then mix in 2 oz Ralph's Sugar-Free Citrus Cooler Sodamix. Measure out 16 oz for the drink.
- 1.5 tbsp (approx. 3 pumps) Sugar-Free Coconut or Vanilla Syrup
- 3 tbsp Coconut Cream or Half-and-Half
- Garnish: 1 fresh lime wedge or orange wheel
Instructions
- Prep the Glass: Fill a 24-ounce cup to the brim with pebble ice.
- Add the Base: Pour in 16 ounces of your freshly mixed Citrus Cooler sparkling water.
- Flavor It: Stir in the sugar-free coconut or vanilla syrup.
- Make it "Dirty": Gently pour the coconut cream or half-and-half over the ice. Let it cascade down for that perfect, photo-ready marbled effect before stirring.
- Garnish: Squeeze the fresh lime wedge over the top, drop it in, and enjoy!
Pro-Tip: We highly recommend using coconut cream! It prevents the curdling that sometimes happens when standard dairy meets citrus acids, and it adds a fantastic tropical twist.
